ILLUMIASKIN products are available online, our stockists and at illumia Therapeutics Medispas.
What is the shelf life of ILLUMIASKIN products?
All our products are clearly labeled with the expiry dates, unless otherwise stated. Upon opening, it’s recommended that all products should be used within 6 months.
Can the products be used on any skin type?
ILLUMIASKIN products have been tested on various skin types to provide users with peace of mind. However, we have not tested them on pregnant women. If you’re pregnant and you’d like to use our products, kindly consult your doctor for further advice.
ORDER ISSUES
How do I track my order?
Your shipping details will be sent to you once your order has been processed. Kindly contact us if you do not receive a tracking confirmation after 7 working days.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Good sold are non-refundable but exchangeable for items damaged in transit, within 2 days upon receiving the items. Exchanges are only allowed once, subjected to approval. Kindly contact us to start the exchange process. If you purchased our products at one of our authorised retailers, please contact them for assistance.

How much is local and/or international delivery?
We offer free local shipping (to Singapore addresses) on all orders with purchases over $150. Otherwise, a $5 courier delivery fee will be imposed. For international shipping, delivery charges will be calculated based on the weight of the products purchased.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All local deliveries will be shipped within 7 working days upon confirmation. Kindly allow an additional 3-5 working days during peak period or public holidays.
